WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU BUY DIRECTLY FROM A SELLER vs WORKING WITH A REAL
"From the start, Ryan provided excellent guidance for first time home buyers. From providing a comprehensive book full of useful information, to answering questions I hadn't even thought about, Ryan was always 1 step ahead in providing the information we needed to successfully find a home. Ryan's service wasn't just in the buying process, but included references to other service providers and helpful tips on home improvement. Ryan is someone I would easily recommend to anyone looking for an agent. More importantly, I am confident we've found a friend and someone we can trust with any of our home questions, even though Ryan's "official" role has ended."
