A buyer recently closed on a condo. It was disclosed that there is a monthly condo fee that would cover numerous things. Prior to closing the buyer asked for a clarification of what the condo fee covers and was provided a list by the buyer’s agent via the listing agent. After closing, the buyer found out that some items are not part of the condo fee as disclosed. Does the buyer have any recourse against the selling agent or seller?
