WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU BUY DIRECTLY FROM A SELLER vs WORKING WITH A REAL
I want to thank you for all you did for my mom. You really made her transition into assisted living seamless - even when it came to working with me remotely and assisting us with all the craziness of getting the discrepancies repaired.
Just the fact that you were able to put my mom’s house on the market right in the middle of the winter season (in New England no doubt) and have an offer in 3 to 4 days from the listing date, goes to show how knowledgeable you are of the market. I would never have believed it possible. In fact, I psychologically prepared myself and my mom that it could take at least 6 months before seeing any movement. Needless to say, I was extremely surprised to hear that folks were pouring in to see the house immediately after it was listed. Thank you so much for making all of that happen.
We also appreciated the referrals you provided - Andrew Toldo and MaxSold. Both worked out great for us. I’ve already provided my thanks to both of them for their great service. Having you as a realtor gave us the whole real estate experience (to include your home building skills) when it came to transitioning my mom into assisted living. She lived in that home for over 50 years, and as you know, moving for anyone can be a very stressful experience. The fact that you were fully engaged in the sale of her house 24/7 was the reason there was very little, if any, stress at all. You and Expect First Class stand by your advertisement when it comes to “assisting seniors and their families.” I will need to circle back around with Nancy Fullerton as well.
I will be sure to refer you to future clients, and add my comments to your website. In fact, my sister is expected to sell her house within the next year (out of Middleboro). If you cover that area, I will be sure to recommend you.
Good luck with your future sales, and again, it was a pleasure working with you.
Respectfully and Semper Fi,
